PBI active fresh meat and seafood fresh-keeping bags: Fresh meat and seafood demand special biological environment. Microorganism is easily grown in the process of storage, which can make the fresh meat and seafood brown in color and stink in smell, and affect their quality accordingly. Chilled meat should be put in an environment of 0-4℃ in the course of production and sales. Under such condition, most microorganisms are restrained from growing and reproduction. Clostridium botulinum and staphylococcus aureus produce no more toxins. Meat is safe and secured, but microorganism growth and reproduction can never be completely stopped.
